But through the bacchanalia, Miley weaves a thread of romantic bliss, from the head-over-heels chillwave of “Let’s Get Married” to “Neon Signs,” a psych-rock duet with Miike Snow’s Andrew Wyatt that evokes a slow dance in the lamplight of a mid-century motel room.
