I bought item's from over China, I had no issues until they decided to open up shipping called UNIUNI here in the US before they were using the united states post office with no problems. I live in town homes in Dallas Texas area and there is a gate here, on the eBay address i put the gate code on it so there is no issues "well I was wrong" . The first time eBay decided to omit my gate code and I almost did not get my purchase. So I went back and added it again with the help of Google advice. So now it happened again this time eBay did not omit the gate code. When I went to check status the item was not delivered because according to this UNIUNI the business was closed ?!? To top it off they had the wrong zip code ? The seller was no help at all kept telling me to check the status with a couple of phone numbers that are simply recordings to visit there UNIUNI site. So I visited UNIUNI and they claim the tracking number was wrong until I provided them there own web page picture and all of a sudden it was the right number. So there AI bot is a joke with no accountability what so ever so I decided to do some research on this UNIUNI business address they provided to or from Google is an empty warehouse 14 miles from me and has been vacant for some time. So getting back to the delivery driver, I got no calls and there is no way (according to UNIUNI they can't be reached) this was not a cheap purchase about 60 bucks, so I fail to see the lack of empathy from sellers they got you money so your screwed "they simply don't care until they get an unfavorable rating" then they might care? Discussion Seller giving different return address from Ebay Not sure, Seller is asking to wait, to receive a different return shipping label, than the one Ebay sent. Now, for me, I have not had to return many items on Ebay, however, this is a first, in that some one is sending their own shipping label, that is different. Discussion Sketchy seller XXXX is a seller who uses shady practices. I have tried to purchase an item twice and twice was canceled the justification problems with the address. I called Ebay and he was confirmed that my address is absolutely correct. Try to contact the seller and no words no reply ,do not use the seller. I have seen other posts about the seller and complaints and the seller will cancel orders and then put the item back for sale for twice as much. The seller then messaged me a screenshot of the DoorDash delivery confirmation as my shipment tracking information. I have already left negative feedback, but do I have any other options here?
