Dunedin City Council Integrated Systems Plan Working with Dunedin City Council over five years, Beca contributed to an integrated systems plan for the city's drinking water, wastewater and stormwater networks – a 50-year planning framework designed to balance investment decisions across all three systems in response to population growth, climate change and ageing infrastructure.
