Discussion Loss of Sales this last week Good evening. I have a experienced an almost a complete loss of sales this week. Unbelievable drop in bids, watches and views on my items. A friend who sells she had to contact eBay regarding her account and they seemed to find a problem. Any help would be great, I went from selling 90% of my items to selling less than 20% this last week. Discussion Developer Program registration stuck in review for 5+ days — support form submitted, no response Hello, I registered for the eBay Developers Program on August 28, 2026, using my business Gmail address, and verified my email the same day. I received the message "Your registration has been submitted for review. This usually takes at least one business day." More than 9 business days have now passed. I still cannot log in or request a password reset, as the system indicates no account is registered under this email — suggesting the account remains pending. What I've tried so far: - Submitted a request via the "My account registration was rejected" section of the Developer Account Support form ( https://developer.ebay.com/support/developer-account-support ) — no response received. - Contacted eBay Japan Seller Business Care, who opened case SR# 1-508434930174 on Sep 5 and confirmed they escalated it to the responsible department internally — still awaiting their follow-up as well. I bought item's from over China, I had no issues until they decided to open up shipping called UNIUNI here in the US before they were using the united states post office with no problems. I live in town homes in Dallas Texas area and there is a gate here, on the eBay address i put the gate code on it so there is no issues "well I was wrong" . The first time eBay decided to omit my gate code and I almost did not get my purchase. So I went back and added it again with the help of Google advice. So now it happened again this time eBay did not omit the gate code. When I went to check status the item was not delivered because according to this UNIUNI the business was closed ?!? To top it off they had the wrong zip code ? The seller was no help at all kept telling me to check the status with a couple of phone numbers that are simply recordings to visit there UNIUNI site. So I visited UNIUNI and they claim the tracking number was wrong until I provided them there own web page picture and all of a sudden it was the right number. So there AI bot is a joke with no accountability what so ever so I decided to do some research on this UNIUNI business address they provided to or from Google is an empty warehouse 14 miles from me and has been vacant for some time. So getting back to the delivery driver, I got no calls and there is no way (according to UNIUNI they can't be reached) this was not a cheap purchase about 60 bucks, so I fail to see the lack of empathy from sellers they got you money so your screwed "they simply don't care until they get an unfavorable rating" then they might care?
