Hatta Resorts is closed for the summer season right now. Its own site carries the notice across every page. The published season is 1 October to 5 May — not the “October to April” repeated almost everywhere else. Of roughly two dozen activities at Hatta Wadi Hub, four have a published price . The rest are priced when you arrive. The operator states it plainly on its plan-your-visit page: “Hatta Wadi Hub opening hours are: Oct 1st to May 5th from 8am – 7pm daily.” A site-wide banner currently reads “HATTA RESORTS IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE SUMMER SEASON” , each activity carries its own “currently closed for the season” flag, and the dome accommodation is described as closed “following a memorable Season 8”. Two things follow. The commonly quoted end of April is five days short of what the operator publishes. And Dubai Municipality, which runs the parks and the wider area, publishes nothing about a season at all — so the closure applies to the resort operator’s activities, not automatically to everything in Hatta. The four activities with a published price Everything else is unpriced. That includes the activities Hatta is known for: the twin zipline , the aerial adventure park, the Drop In, archery, axe throwing, wall climbing, the bungee trampoline, zorbing, tube sliding, mountain e-scooters and the guided hikes. The operator publishes each activity’s name, its hours and a phone number for the company running it, and no figure. Individual activity pages return errors, so the listing page is the only source there is. Booking is on-site only — the operator states that “activities can only be booked on-site at the Hatta Wadi Hub”. Combined with the missing prices, that means you cannot budget a day at Hatta before you get there. The one thing stated as free is the mountain biking: “The Hatta Trails are free to ride and are open all year round.” Hatta Kayak publishes restrictions but no price Kayaking on the dam is the image most people have of Hatta. Its operator publishes detailed capacity rules — a single kayak is one adult of 16 or over, a donut boat takes four adults and two children under ten, infants are not allowed on any ride — and no price for anything . Enquiries go to a phone number. Tickets are “given out on a first come, first served basis”, with reservations required only for groups over fifty. Its hours are published three times and disagree three ways: daily 07:00–21:00 on one page, a split 07:00–11:00 and 15:00–21:00 Monday to Thursday on another, and the split version every day on the operator’s own site. What is free, and what has hours Hatta Heritage Village — free entry , Saturday to Thursday 07:30–20:30 and Friday 14:30–20:30. A second official page gives daily 08:00–20:00 instead; the custodian’s own site could not be reached to break the tie. Hatta Hill Park — published as open 24/7. No entry fee is published by anyone : Dubai Municipality’s page for it lists the completion date and the built-up area and no admission price at all. Hatta Honeybee Garden — daily 09:00–17:00, last entry 16:00, minimum age 3. Priced only on Dubai’s own tourism booking platform, at from AED 50 , including a tour, a honey tasting, transfers and refreshments; the adult and child split is not broken out. Hatta Dome Park and Damani Lodges — accommodation rather than attractions. No nightly rate and no check-in times are published; the only figure on the offers page is a AED 250 pet fee for dog-friendly campers, one dog up to 20 kg.

Getting there by bus RTA publishes two Hatta routes with fares, quoted here in its own words. The H02 Hatta Express runs “from the Dubai Mall Bus Station to Hatta Bus Station … from 7 AM to 7 PM daily at a frequency of two hours using deluxe coaches at a fare of AED25 per rider per journey”. The H04 Hatta Hop on Hop off circles the Wadi Hub, Hill Park, the dam and the Heritage Village, “from 7 AM to 9 PM daily at a frequency of 30 minutes at a fare of AED2 per rider per bus stop”. One caution. RTA’s own master route list contains no H02 and no H04. Its Hatta entries are routes 310, 320, D03 and DPR1, with no fares given, and the timetable files for the H02 and 320 are missing. Both sets of information are published by RTA. Check the route number before you travel rather than trusting either list alone.
