The below poster has contact details for several national support services. There is also a section where you can fill in details of your local mental health service. IN TRUCKS AND SHEDS ‘R U OK? in Trucks and Sheds’ is a collaboration between R U OK? and Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds and aims to ensure people in the road transport, warehousing and logistics industries know when and how to meaningfully connect and genuinely ask, 'are you OK?'. IT'S NOT ALWAYS OBVIOUS The R U OK? Tradies resources provide practical tools and tips for family, friends and workmates to spot the signs that someone on their work site may be struggling, to empower them to spark a meaningful R U OK? conversation and to help them find support if needed. IN RAIL TRAINEES AND APPRENTICES R U OK? is calling on young apprentices to 'Be a mate, it's worth it' because when we're going through tough times, it's mates who are best placed to understand and lend support.

IN THE MOTOR TRADES 'It takes a real workmate to ask R U OK?' aims to help those in the motor trades industry overcome any awkwardness and talk with each other about emotions and life’s up and downs. There are posters, digital assets and practical resources to get people asking the question and responding safely and effectively if someone says, 'No, I'm not OK'. FIFO/DIDO RESOURCES It's not always obvious that someone is struggling - and we sometimes need to be reminded to trust our gut instinct and dig a bit deeper. Developed for FIFO/DIDO workplaces, this kit includes posters (including one with a conversation flowchart), toolbox talking points and a PPT presentation on how to start a conversation. R U OK? IN HOSPITALITY R U OK? is working with the hospitality sector to find better ways to ensure the industry is equipped to handle the pressures that come with what is an exciting, yet demanding, workplace. The resources highlight the importance of supporting a workmate who's struggling and tips on how to can have a meaningful conversation. TRANSLATED RESOURCES R U OK? has a number of resources available in other languages, including Arabic, Greek, Korean, Chinese (Simplified), Vietnamese, Hindi and more.
