Hello Sellers! 👋
Have you been moved to the new Seller Central? You are probably still getting used to where everything is. We have been reading your feedback, and the team building this experience wants to hear more from you.
We are starting a new series where the team building the new Seller Central hears directly from you. Each post will focus on one area. We will follow up regularly with what has been changed based on your input.
How this works:
📌 Each post focuses on one area of the new Seller Central
📌 The team responsible for that area reads every response
📌 We will publish regular "✅ You Spoke, We Built" updates showing what changed because of your feedback
🗣️ First topic — Navigation. Please tell the team in the replies below:
❓ What can you not find in the new Seller Central?
❓ What is taking more clicks than it used to?
❓ What do you need quick access to that you can not find now?
The team building navigation reads every response here. Your feedback directly shapes what gets improved next. 🙏
Here are some recent improvements to help you find what you need:
1. 📍 Site Map — You can now see a full site map showing every tool in the new Seller Central. It is organised by workspace. You can find it in two places: in the navigation menu, or at the bottom of any page .
2. 🧭 Breadcrumbs — Every page now shows your path at the top of the screen. For example: Products > Manage Products > Manage A+ Content. This helps you know where you are and go back quickly.
3. 💡 Tooltips — You will find tooltips throughout the new Seller Central. These help you find where familiar tools have moved. For example: "Catalog" is now under Products > Manage Products
4. 🔖 Bookmarks (coming soon!) — Within the next two weeks, you will be able to bookmark any page for one-click access to the tools you use most. We will share more in our " ✅ You Spoke, We Built " updates.
Based on feedback we have already received:
✅ Many sellers told us CTRL+Click (or right-click to open in a new tab) was not working. This has been fixed for the menu and workspaces. It is still rolling out to other areas.
Next up in this series: Action Center. Please share your feedback below! 👇
My Prime batches got removed due to on-time delivery performance. All the orders are shipped by EasyShip. We handed over the order on time to EasyShip. After handover, it is easy to ship responsibility to meet the on-time delivery. How can the seller be penalized for the performance of easy ship? This is unjustified. Amazon should take a necessary correction step on this subject, as sellers are not at fault.
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding severe mishandling by the Easy Ship logistics team, which is causing frequent damage to our dispatched products and unwarranted shipment cancellations.
We follow strict packaging standards at our dispatch location, ensuring every product is securely packed and thoroughly inspected before being handed over to the pickup associate.
Despite this, buyers are constantly receiving broken and damaged items. Alarmingly, this is occurring even for local orders within our own city, delivered just 10 km away from our location. In these local orders, the shipment simply moves from our premises to the local Amazon hub and straight to the customer—involving no long-distance transport. Yet, the products still arrive broken.
Our product is manufactured from high-grade stainless steel with a load-bearing capacity of over 10 kg; it cannot simply snap or break under normal handling. Furthermore, when the returned items arrive back, the outer corrugated box often shows minimal external damage, while the sturdy stainless steel item inside is completely cracked or bent. This clearly indicates extreme compression, deliberate mishandling, or improper pressure applied during transit/hub handling.
Additionally, we recently faced a major issue where the delivery agent failed to come for pickup. The pickup was delayed by over 3 days, and ultimately the order was cancelled due to the logistics partner's failure, even though the product was fully packed and ready on time.
This transit mishandling and forced order cancellation due to missed pickups are causing direct financial losses to our business, negatively impacting our account health/metrics, and unfairly inflating our return and claim metrics.
We request you to immediately investigate the handling process at the local pickup and delivery station, reverse any penalties/cancellation fees, and ensure our pending damage claims/reimbursements are approved promptly.
Looking forward to your urgent intervention and resolution.
I am a seller and for the last 6 days no seller is receiving orders in my pin code. Is there any solution for this?
Hi Sellers & Amazon Team,
I am facing a critical, recurring issue with Amazon Easy Ship pickups at my location. The assigned delivery executives never call after a pickup is scheduled . Because of this complete lack of communication, pickups are being marked as missed or delayed—even though my packages are fully packed, labeled, and ready for dispatch well within the scheduled slot. These missed pickup attempts are leading to automatic order cancellations on the system. This is negatively impacting my seller metrics and customer satisfaction through no fault of my own.
How can I get Seller Support or the Easy Ship logistics team to resolve this carrier-level issue urgently?
My order was pick up by courier boy but still I got message that it has not been given and I should shipp it next day. I got Risk account because of that but no action has been taken. My product was also costly. What can b done in this situation?
We scheduled an Amazon FBA pickup for the following shipment:
Shipment ID: FBA15MDL0LSH
Confirmed pickup: 14 September 2026, 2:45 PM–5:30 PM
No pickup agent arrived. Nobody called, messaged, or contacted us, and the entire shipment is still physically present at our premises.
However, Seller Central is now showing the shipment as “In Transit.”
How can a shipment be marked “In Transit” when Amazon or its pickup partner never collected it?
This is not merely a delayed tracking update. It is an incorrect shipment status that creates serious concerns regarding inventory reconciliation, shipment liability, charges, and account performance.
It also took us nearly 2.5 hours just to locate the appropriate support option in Seller Central. Sellers should not have to struggle this much to report a basic logistics failure.
We urgently need Amazon to:
Correct the incorrect “In Transit” status.
Investigate why no pickup was attempted.
Arrange a fresh pickup without any additional charge.
Confirm that no penalty or negative account impact will be applied.
Explain how the shipment was marked “In Transit” without being physically collected.
If an Amazon moderator is reading this, please escalate the matter to the FBA Transportation/Operations team. The shipment is packed and ready, but we need an actual pickup—not another automated tracking update.
Has any other seller faced this issue? How was it finally resolved?
I want to register my New brand "DENVA". Help me to register my brand with Amazon.
My case Id = 22067543331.
