Teams still losing headset on devices.
发布时间:2026-08-18 | 浏览:7
I have seen so many of these posts with this issue. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling my audio drivers. Made sure drivers are up to date.
I have a selection of 4 audio devices and when teams messes up it sees none of them. It just shows "NONE" in audio and input. I have cleared my cache and it works for a minute or so, then in the middle of a call it freezes me out of the mute button to turn off, then it crashes with a "Sorry we encountered a glitch" and restarts, but then the devices are empty again.
I have changed my audio settings to a lower quality - 16 bit cd. Right now I literally uninstalled teams completely and my cache then reinstalled and it's been working for an hour, but I have a bad feeling it's just going to happen again as this is probably my third time reinstalling teams. Microsoft needs to look into this, reinstalling teams every so many months isn't a fix. It seems to be an issue with updates.
