Directors and Officers It's been years in the making. Now we're here. Our journey so far: 2007 Vsec.com, Inc. started operations as a broker-dealer of securities in 2007, and has been a member firm of the Philippine Stock Exchange ever since. The company was founded by members of the Gaisano family, whose many businesses include the publicly-listed company Metro Retail Stores Group Inc. 2017 The company decided to suspend business operations and went on trading hiatus. 2020 In December 2020, a Filipino-owned investment holding company, Millennium Advisors and Management Corporation (MAMC), acquired full ownership of Vsec.com, Inc. from the Gaisano family. 2021 Last July, the Board of Directors of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), through Memorandum TPA 2021-0023, approved the acquisition of Vsec.com, Inc. by MAMC. Mr. Michael John Gatmaytan, Chairperson of MAMC and a finance professional with three decades of history in the stock markets, was welcomed by the PSE as a new member, and as the Nominee of Vsec.com,Inc. to the Exchange. On December of the same year, the Philippines’ Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the registration and revival of our Broker-Dealer license under our new ownership and Management.

2022 As VSec.com,Inc., we went live last March 28, and executed our first transaction through the Exchange. We have been on full test mode, and plan to open our services to the wider public in 2H 2022. On July 2022, we changed our name to Luna Securities, Inc., and that’s how you’ll find us moving forward.
