In Word the template has a header that crosses the top of the page. As the mail merge is performed it populates the header perfectly ok to screen spanning the top of the page from one side to the other on every document in the mail merge. As the mail merge documents are saved, at this point the image is truncated by about 20% over to the left of the header shrinking the image. Have tried adding a table in and adding the image into the table, with no joy, plus other things that have been found on the internet. Anyone got any ideas what could be causing this to happen? Once it is saved down into single .docx file, this is when it shrinks the footer. I can't see what saving a document would do to change this. There is a screen shot below of the saved file.
