Reservation Hatao Andolan official (RHA India), also called the Reservation Hatao Movement, is an independent, youth-led civic platform. It asks one question in public: should opportunity in India be allotted by an inherited group tag, or by verified economic need and demonstrated merit? The movement is not a political party, not a caste organisation, and not a protest against any community. It is a constitutional argument, made peacefully, in the open, with published evidence. Why the movement started Repeated examination irregularities, paper leaks and widening cut-off gaps left an entire generation of aspirants feeling that the ladder had been moved while they were climbing it. The frustration was not against any caste — it was against a system that has never been audited, reviewed or sunset since it was designed as a temporary measure. RHA argues that seventy-five years is long enough to ask whether the instrument is still reaching the people it was written for. A landless labourer's child and a third-generation professional's child do not face the same wall — yet the same tag can cover both. 01 · A phased, judicially-reviewable sunset Move from group-tag quotas to income-verified support over a published, reviewable timeline — not overnight. 02 · NEMI — need measured honestly A National Economic Mobility Index using income, assets, parental education and school access, so support reaches genuine disadvantage. 03 · World-class free public education Reform is meaningless without upstream quality.
